
I don’t have a bag problem. Why would you ask. Anyways.
Here are my travel tips for long flights :
✨Foot hammock
✨Long , heavyish)blanket (as long as your body)
✨Heavier duty eye mask
✨The @trtl neck pillow
✨Warm socks
✨Compression socks!
✨I always travel in @athleta leggings with pockets and a wireless bra (enbliss by soma), a t shirt and a cardigan
✨an external phone charger, plug converter, and sound proof headphones (I like Beats)
✨Liquid IV or electrolytes
✨Vitamin C, D3+k2, digestive enzymes, probiotics , melatonin
✨Hand sanitizer hooked into bag
✨A foldable travel toothbrush + xylitol gum
✨Wipes for trays(I brought thieves wipes)
✨Oils I brought are on @oilcollective and I used them literally for everything. Including screaming babies.
✨If you’re going somewhere where you can’t drink the water , I really enjoyed having life straw water bottles , which filters any kind of water.
✨don’t eat the airplane food if possible. Flying with food in your tummy is hard, so I would Go as long as you can without. It will reduce jetlag. Also no bubble water on long fights ✈️ Gasssssy! Train yourself to intermittent fast before and it’s pretty easy.
✨Bring an empty suitcase for loot! I am not sad a/b all the local souvenirs I bought . My rule is, If it makes you gasp, snag it. You will be sad you didn’t. But also I’m a hoarder so don’t listen to me.
