HERE it is !! The beloved GF CC Cookie recipe that everyone loves so much!

Ingredients:
1 cup butter, room temperature **
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
2 egg yolks and 1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon (I didn’t add this!)
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups gluten free flour (I use the Namaste Perfect Flour Blend)
1½ – 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together the butter and the sugars until blended.
Add egg and vanilla and beat well.
Add salt, baking soda, cinnamon and flour. Mix until just combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips
If not baking right away, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
If baking, scoop onto parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-12 minutes, depending on the heat of your oven.** The key is to take the
cookies out right away at 8 minutes, even if they look a little raw. Let them cook the
rest of the way on the pan while they cool!
Prep: **up the ante by browning the butter and letting it cool to room temp. These
cookies will brown quicker than cookies with regular flour. It is best to under bake
them slightly and let them set on the cookie sheet for a few minutes
before moving them to a cooling rack.
TRULY SO GOOD!!
