I’m Jami Nato —Author, Speaker, and supposedly funny (though my kids would roll their eyes at that). I wrote This Must Be the Place to help women take up more space with their stories and discover the giant permission slips they need to live on purpose.

I’m navigating life with my husband, Nato, who does his best to keep my feet on the ground, and our four kids, who SHINE at keeping me humble.

I write essays about my weird life and faith (over on Substack), paint over thrifted paintings to give them a little extra jeuje with my own touches, and avoid doing laundry at all costs. Through it all, I use humor and awkward honesty to tackle difficult topics and explore where life intersects with the gospel.
